Rock Steady Boxing is non-contact, boxing-based training, gross motor movement, balance, core strength and rhythm, shown to ease the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. We're certified, and we've built a whole community around it: Rock Steady, Peddling for Parkinson's, Silver Sneakers and free chiropractic care with Doc Shaun on Tuesdays.

Not at all, Our House is your house. We train everyone from beginners to elites, youth to seniors, and our coaches scale every class to where you are today. Just show up; we'll handle the rest.
Depending on your plan: 24-hour gym access, our full class schedule, the recovery room, and free chiropractic care with Doc Shaun on Tuesdays. Unlimited Classes + Perks gets you access to everything we offer.

A non-contact, boxing-based program for people with Parkinson's disease. Through rigorous exercise, gross motor movement, balance, core strength and rhythm, it gives people with Parkinson's a way to fight back. We serve Chattanooga and North Georgia.
